Hi there! I am Pauline and I love helping others get outside more. I started the "Mama Bear Outdoors" blog in 2018, the "All About Everest" podcast in 2022, and have written three camping books. My passion is to get others outside and be outside with no limits.
I want others to realize that you don't have to be an expert to enjoy the outdoors. It doesn't matter where you live or where you are in life, getting outside can be very easy.
